Nedbank Case Study
Lucky Mavuslo is a small entrepreneur who is successfully washing cars at the Nedbank Building in Durban.
Lucky chose to go with Green Machine because of the huge water saving, and the system being much more professional. Previously, Lucky used a hose pipe and a bucket under a tree. Now with the mobility, Lucky can wash cars where ever they stand.
Lucky was introduced by the system by Green Machines Sales Manager Rob Tolken. The system has empowered Lucky to be able to be more mobile and wash more cars.
Lucky washes all the staff cars which varies from all high end makes to lower entry models. The system has reduced the risk of cars been damaged, as Lucky can now effectively take the cart to the car.
Wash where they stand is Lucky favourite attribute of the system.
Lucky says he is looking forward to Nedbank building a complete new parking garage, and he believes he will be able to double his profit and turnover of cars. Lucky strongly believes in the Green Machine products – especially the wax – as it enhances the shine and finish of the paint work. His customers are extremely happy.
Lucky says the Green Machine training and back up is comprehensive and showed him how to clean cars quickly and effectively. He says the system has really enhanced the quality and shine of the car wash and his customers have noticed this.
Lucky washes approximately 10 to 15 cars per day.
